CalAsia Construction was formed in 2003 by John Murawski and his wife Myrna Murawski. Since that time CalAsia has completed over 200 projects ranging from restaurants, to custom homes, to retail and ground-up b uildings.

It is CalAsia's commitment to provide the best possible service to its customers within the most reasonable time schedule for a fair cost. It is also our commitment to attempt to share our knowledge, in the most direct fashion possible, with our clients and bring an understanding of the process, codes and practices to everyone on the construction team. In doing this we find a partnership can be created between Owner, Builder and Architect. With this team effort stress is reduced, time and money are saved and friendships are formed.

While CalAsia was formed in 2003, both John and Myrna have worked together in the capacity of completing construction contracts together since 1999. Additionally many of the staff at CalAsia have been working with John for as many as fifteen (15) years.

The projects listed under Completed Projects on this web site include all the projects John and Myrna have completed since 1999 when the first partnership was formed. A further list of projects completed prior to 1999 by John Murawski can be found in John's History.

In addition to five Project Managers and a dozen Project Superintendents we have a full administrative staff to assist with submittals and administrative project coordination.

We also have a full staff of fine finish carpenters, concrete specialists, framers and general laborers. This allows us to perform on large and small projects alike and adhere to difficult completion schedules. These forces are sometimes used to perform change order work that might otherwise be very costly (if performed by a subcontractor).

We have found that with passing of time it is vital that we keep our fingers on the pulse of any changes in the industry and we continually evolve with these changes to stay as efficient as possible and thereby provide the best possible product to our clients.
